Towards Sjenica

Don't make the mistake of taking the old road that branches off the road leading to the Mileseva monastery, over the Beg's bridge (Begov most). It is indeed the shortest way, about 30 kilometers long, but there are very few vehicles.

In order to reach Sjenica starting from Prijepolje, it's much better to hitch a ride on the main road to Belgrade. At the end of the town there's a gas station with a nice cheap pub, and just across the street from the pub there's a good hitchhiking spot where you're guaranteed to get a quick lift.

Then all you need to do is get off at Nova Varos, and head over Zlatar mountain, towards Sjenica.
