Towards the highway

If you are in the center of Leskovac, in its main (and the only) street, head towards the railway station. When you reach the crossroads before the station, turn left and follow the street until it ends. At the end of the street take a right and just walk straight ahead. Under the second overpass there's an old highway. You can go south towards Vranje, or north towards Nis (there's a road sign saying "Niš"). This old highway has been renovated and is now in rather good condition. Some 12 kilometers away, there's an intersection with the Nis-Belgrade highway.

It takes 25-30 minutes to reach the place with the "Niš" road sign, starting from the city centre.
